Integrated Solutions and Services offers a Service Maintenance Plan designed with your needs in mind. The Service Maintenance Plan works like an “insurance policy for your PC”. The Plan includes: hardware replacement, printer assistance, Windows Operating System repair, two performance tune-ups per calendar year, virus removal, and network support. To be eligible for the Plan, your computer or laptop must be in good working order at the time of contract. This Maintenance Plan covers all diagnostics and repairs during the contract period ONLY. Any services performed during an out-of-contract visit will be subject to standard repair charges and the actual cost of parts. Labor costs MAY be waived if you enroll in the Service Maintenance Plan during the course of an out-of-plan service call prior to the beginning of the service. The cost of parts will still apply.
Hardware upgrades are excluded from the maintenance plan. Installation of parts provided by the customer will be considered hardware installation.
