Integrated Solutions and Services was founded by Jack Stine in 2007 with the goal of providing affordable computer repair to residents and small businesses in Central California.
Jack recognized that technology improves storage capacity, reduces memory latency, and increases processing speeds. The driving question was “What do you do when your computer isn’t working properly?” Integrated Solutions and Services is the answer.

In Sept 2009, the company added System Maintenance Support to our services. Systems Maintenance Support includes individualized Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients. System Maintenance Agreement enrollment fees may be paid annually or monthly. This service works like an insurance policy for your computer. We stock a wide variety of systems repair modules that allow us to provide the best customer service in the industry. This reduces our client’s downtime due to computer problems and helps reduce loss of revenue.
Integrated Solutions and Services offers various service levels (fees vary based on plan choice).

Gold Support provides the customer with available service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a 4 hour response time.

Silver Support provides the customer with available service 5 business days a week , 13 hours a day with a 4 hour response time not including weekends or holidays.

Bronze support provides service for next business day, no weekends or holidays. A rate for Time and Material (T&M) has been established for contract customers and non-contractual customers to provide service outside of their SLA.

In Addition, Integrated Solutions and Services provides server and storage array installation, configuration changes, relocation, and deinstallation and recycling of computers, printers and parts. Integrated Solutions and Services has partnered with other companies to provide VMware sales and services, remote software and phone support, network infrastructure planning, installation, and support, hardware support in areas not covered by Integrated Solutions and Services, and specialized obsolete equipment repair and fabrication.
